My flat stomach hourglass hack changes the game

A TIKTOKER has shared her trick for getting a small waist without wasting extra time at the gym.

Workout wonder woman Steph Heintz (@stepheintz) doesn't spend hours trying to get her hourglass figure.

Instead, she has an easier way of getting sexy and snatched with her shortcut to defined abs.

Wearing a black sports bra and light pink gym shorts, the tanned and toned TikToker explained her secret for staying svelte.

"If you wanna snatch your waist, get a flatter stomach, and get some ab definition, what a lot of people don't know is that when you're doing abs, you wanna then shorten your range of motion," she said.

The blonde fitness fanatic described what that meant as she got ready for her workout.

"I'm normally not a proponent of setups, but if you're on a decline bench, it works your abs so well.

"Your range of motion means that you don't wanna go too far or too forward."

She explained that this is because your abs are not working there.

Next up on the snatched ab agenda, she leaned back on the bench and showed how "your abs are working in a smaller motion here, this will really cause your muscles to fire."

With her legs elevated, she moved her torso gently back and forth in order to achieve the ultimate abs.

She told viewers that the trick will "allow you to work out for less time and get better results."

Many of her almost 600,000 followers were excited to try the routine for themselves.

"Your advice is always top-tier," commented one fan of the fitness guru's video.

Other viewers had follow-up questions.

"Any recommendations for the lower abdomen?" asked one follower.

Steph responded by saying: "This one is great."

Another asked, "Do you go for 30 seconds, or?"

To this Steph replied, "I do sets of 50 and four sets."
